Thunder 1A switches Empty Thunder 1A switches

Hi. Need switches for 1983 thunder 1a guitar. 
I need all three ( preamp, coil and phase ) plus pickup selector switch. Heard about a guy called Westbone. Is he still out there. Any help greatly appreciated. Also any diagrams of the wiring schematics would be brilliant.
