Well, this beautiful bass raked in £315. I'm not sure on the value of these instruments but if I had the money I would have seriously thought about it, is it worth it?

i got the one before it and fixed it up, it is a quality bass with a great range of sounds, plays very well too
the best bass I've play by a long shot £315 is out of my price range but worth it IMHO

More space when you move around. '85 Super Headless BASS X910WA (UK) Icon_biggrin The stage becomes suddenly larger. '85 Super Headless BASS X910WA (UK) Icon_cool

You don't end up running into the Hi Hat or some other drum parts. '85 Super Headless BASS X910WA (UK) Icon_twisted
Or you always wipe parts of the setup of your keyboarder down to the ground. '85 Super Headless BASS X910WA (UK) Icon_twisted

there is advantages on 3 counts that i have found
1. better balance, the bass sits better on the strap with no dip of the headstock, the super headless is a heavy beast though
2. the strings are not wound around a post but are just pulled to tension meaning that you have better tuning stability imho
3. very 80's look which is all the rage now Smile

i have didn't like the idea of a headless until about 17 years ago i played a status grafite bass and had my opinion changed some what. the super headless turned my head and reminded me of the time with the status
