PADUAK 1 sale at guitar shop

saw a paduak 1 at a local shop selling at £200, should i grab it? in good condition

Received wisdom on here and elsewhere is that as a buyer it's worth what you're prepared to pay for it and as a seller it's worth whatever you can get on ebay. Sorry, but we don't offer a valuation service; it's worth looking at completed listings on ebay (the last Paddy on UK ebay started at £70 and went off the listings at £120 so probably sold above that). There's a lot of variables to your question...

Is it in good nick?
Are the P/ups, knobs & tuners original?
Is it in a case (a genuine Westone case is a big +)
How does it play?
