real or fake westone ? how old ?

I got a westone guitar a week ago,
I thought maybe i can geht some information about her, so i googled a bit and found westoneguitar.net with se serialnumberdescriptions.
I'm not sure how to interprete zhe serialnumber.
Ist's on the neckplate an says MW04070700

But also the Westone Logo on the head looks a bit different than the one in this Website.
I'm confused.

Thanks for adding the extra picture Boris, but I'm still not sure what we have here. I'm pretty sure this not a German Music-Meyer model mainly because of the logo.

My initial reaction is that it's a Chinese made instrument, simply a knock-off of a Les Paul Junior.

These come up from time to time and there seems to have been a period when a number of traditional guitar models were made under the Westone label, but I have no info on them or who was responsible for marketing them.

This has nothing to do with the original Westone builders or their products, so it isn't a genuine Westone as we feature them here.

If the guitar plays well and sounds good then just enjoy it for what it is.
