Current house set-up...

Bougainville Avenger and 15W Kustom amp... does the trick, eh!!





 ... the Avenger has the MMK45s installed, and after having bagged them for being "muddy" at low frequencies at any kind of major gain, I find that these are, in fact, quite bright, and sizzle along very nicely thank you!!

Perhaps the maple neck & body have something to do with that, but they are very bright; not a trace of muddiness anywhere that I've discovered yet...

Love the Avengers. Every time I pick one up it's almost as  much fun as a Danelectro...but with bollox!
