For Sale 1986 Westone Spectrum ST Black

This was my spare guitar, but purchase of a new one means this won't get used so am looking to sell it. I've hardly played it since buying it really.

It's in very good condition with no major marks besides a dink on top of the headstock and one on the lower butt (see photos). There's a very fine crack where the neck bolts on, but it is solid. Plays great.

I replaced the standard UBC bridge pickup with an Entwhistle Dark Star, so it's got plenty of power. The tremolo arm is a replacement. Has an almost new set of 12-54 strings. The action is a little high due to the heavy strings pulling the trem up, but action would be lower with lighter strings.

Not sure what it's worth so I'll say £150 ONO plus shipping. I'm in Lancashire UK, but will post it worldwide. It arrived in a solid wooden box, so will ship it in that.

It's only been a couple of days and the traffic in here isn't what it used to be. I suggest you leave it up for awhile longer before giving up.

I can't speak much to pricing in the UK but these typically sell in the CAD$200-300 range here, often with a case or bag.

12's are a bit heavy for this guitar but the tremolo can be adjusted to compensate, likely needing an extra spring or two. No problem for most of the lads on here to remedy but if you are also advertising elsewhere I would restring this with 10's and reset the trem to playing spec. No point advertising a negative.
