Jeezus. Some major diddling with the body routing methinks. I really doubt that it's original.
I'm sure this was once a decent little instrument, but this fellow just cannot leave a good thing alone apparently (filing down the bridge?)

From the holes in the headstock it appears that the manufacturer's badging was a metal plate style that would have been "nailed" on. Dunno if that narrows it down or not, but it is typical of a lot of the stuff out of the 60's & early 70's.
