X350MA info needed

Hello 
I have what appears to be a X350MA. However it does not have the Pantera logo on the neck.
everything else is identical to the X350MA.

I was told that it was a Promo guitar for Ted Nugent. I have the serial number which is 5089539.
any information on this would be very much appreciated

Promo for Ted Nugent, who knows??  It's an early one with that serial number.

Not sure about the pickups as I really don't know how to tell them apart

Actives with batteries and active EQ circuit.

they are passive no batteries

still wondering if it is an X350MA or not due to the lack of the pantera logo, not worn off just was never there.

If that's it in your avatar it certainly looks like the real thing.
According to your serial number it's an early one. Maybe they hadn't decided to put the Pantera  inlay in as yet.
