Solved Thunder 1a or active gain circuitry:::::SOLVED!

Post by Sgt. Vimes Tue Mar 11, 2014 3:49 pm

Ok so...I have my Thunder 1 and love it, but....I hear so many peeps saying great things about the active gain in the 1a that I want one.
preferably I want the circuit to chuck in the T1, (eh damian?) but failing that I would take on a 1a and sell or trade off my 1.

any takers?

Edit,  forgot to add, if its a whole 'nother 1a then no black or red, just natural..or tinted. ta.

The days of cheap early Thunders are heading over the horizon.

Especially complete one's.

apart from that one I narrowly missed out on for £120 ish couple days ago?

I hope that (outrageous) price was for a complete guitar not just the guts?

Just seen this - I have the 'lectrickery bits from a 1A bass.  I was going to do something nasty to my Thunder Jet but ended up doing something even nastier.  PM on its way.
