hi, my westone active switch has a problem i think. when i flick the switch to off, i cant get any sound from it, but there is sound coming from it when its turned on...pls help. thanks

my westone has volume knobs, tone, and the boost/active knobs and 3 mini switches

Do you mean you only get sound when in active mode eg nothing at all with the batteries out whatever the switch settings?

You aren't the first and you won't be the last to be caught out like that!!

Last year I was playing with a new band and we were renting out a studio everyweek to practice, the studio came with all the amps.. One time, my amp was cutting out and I complained to the tech.... It turned out my batteries went dead in my Super Headless.... Embarassed

I quietly switched to passive mode on the bass, excused myself to the tech and played on... Embarassed The band had a great time rubbing it in for a while... Laughing
