Pantera x275 vs x300 Empty Pantera x275 vs x300

So is the only difference really just that the x275 has the Magnaflux I + chrome hardware, and the x300 has the Magnaflux II and black hardware?!?

Is anyone familiar enough with the tonal difference between the Magnaflux I and II to describe it?

The 300 also has a black neck and a contoured headstock which makes it look a bit more a 390. I'm not familiar with the PUP differences unfortunately.
