Pantera X275 (CAN)
Here's a beauty!
I think this is only the second one I've seen locally, ever! And the first was in sad shape.
Looks to be as advertised, however no picture of the front of the head stock so can't vouch for the lock plates. I presume they're there.
Same for the tremolo bar, the collar is intact so I presume the bar is available.
The UBC has been replaced with a Seymour Duncan (model unknown). But a nice upgrade!
What's puzzling me is that shot of the back of the head stock.
Is that a serial number punched into the wood?? If so, is it original?
I don't own a Pantera so I'm unclear where they would have put the S/N (on the fretboard end?) or if they would have used this method.
What's odd about this is that it appears exactly where the hex wrench holder would normally be, and of course that is missing and doesn't show signs of ever having been there in the first place!
The seller calls this a 1986 build but if that is a S/N it would actually indicate May 1988 a little bit newer.
All in all this is a great buy for someone. A bit too far away from me otherwise I'd be all over this (and broke)!
CAD$449 w/HSC (non original, rectangular tweed)

Re: Pantera X275 (CAN)
that serial number is actually an '86
i have a white one just like that, with the number stamped on the headstock.
other 275's i own (from June and July '86) have the serial number on the neckplate, they also have the wrench holders on the headstock.

Re: Pantera X275 (CAN)
Thanks for the clarification Mike.
Still looks like an "8" to me though
