Re: posting a picture
You will need to save your pics on drop box in a public folder (or similar), copy the url for the picture and when writing your post select the picture icon to the left of the icon that looks like a chain link then paste the link in the dialog box then select ok.
Hope this helps - good luck.

Re: posting a picture
... or, upload your pixto a photo hosting service like Photobucket, and then c+p the .img links you're given into your posts here.
This is what I do and find it a useful way of working....

Re: posting a picture
Same here but I use Imageshack, same thing. Easy peesy lemon sqeesy.
When you download it gives you a size of picture option. I just use 15" screen size, seems to work ok.
It gives you a forum code, just c+P.
Took me ages to work out how to do it though, multiple edits...

Re: posting a picture
Why can't we just use the forum "host image" tool? That's what I do and it has worked fine up to now. Maybe I'm missing the point.

Re: posting a picture
You are doing the same thing really. Images placed this way are hosted by www.servimg.com which is a separate hosting site. Photobucket.com seems to be the most versatile and idiot proof way to post for me.beavis wrote:Why can't we just use the forum "host image" tool? That's what I do and it has worked fine up to now.
