Hmmm; thjat looks more like a 150, but what does the TRC say?? You can put a trem on any guitar, but you need to carve large bits of wood out of the body to do so, and by doing that, you halve any resale value it may have to Westone enthusiasts.

Re: About my westone prestige 117
Yeah, that bridge arrangement looks the same as my 150, see http://www.westone.info/prestige117.html versus http://www.westone.info/prestige150.html
I definitely wouldnt try and fit a trem, could completely ruin the resonances of the guitar apart from Corsair's comments above.
If the TRC doesnt clear it up then whats the serial number as the 150 was replaced by the 117?

Re: About my westone prestige 117
You could try THIS.
These Stetsbar tremolos don't need any routing or drilling to fit, they just bolt to the original bridge and tailpiece mounts and it's a totally reversible modification!
It's no Floyd Rose, so no dive bombing, but it is a good quality trem from the what i've read in the mags.
You would need to do some research to find out if it fits your particular guitar, these ones are for the Les Paul/SG/335/V type guitars out there so it might be possible?

Re: About my westone prestige 117
hi Telavivian and welcome,
there are also some kahler trems that could fit without any routing (can't tell for sure, at least they fit into les pauls)
link
EDIT: sorry, just read that you need some routing for the kahler...
