Hi there,

I have a Thunder 2a that I have owned for 25 years but I have always been missing the cover for the active pick ups. The cover goes over 2 DC batteries.

Does anyone know where I could get hold of one?

Hello Jim and welcome.
Cover plates are among the many things that get "lost" over the years.

These are proprietary dimensions and there is nothing available off the shelf that would be a direct fit so most owners simply make their own from any suitable plastic. I made a tremolo bridge cover plate from an inexpensive plastic tray from the dollar store for example.
