Prestige 150 Tailpiece

Hi folks, Im lookin for some info on where to source a tailpiece for the prestige 150.  Unfortunately mine has broken and is unrepairable.  Standard Gibson stop tailpice does not fit as im sure most of you already know.  Im looking for some ideas re fixing this up and getting the guitar back on the road.  many thanks all, Mark

I'm afraid that there is no off the shelf replacement for this stop tail.

It's completely proprietary and the only way to replace it is to either have one custom made of brass or do a major surgery and refinish on the top to accommodate a "standard" part.

Westone designers were innovative and Matsumoku were master builders, but unfortunately this was one of a few hardware designs which failed through poor choice of material and has caused a lot of heartache for Prestige owners.
