Add a Zero Fret -the easy way
I came across this nifty nut replacement called ZeroGlide which replaces a standard nut with a zero fret and a string guide.
And it's easily reversible!
Anyone had any experience with this? Looks like it might be worth a try:

I put one on a Gibson SG. It was relatively easy to do, the grind was sanding the nut down to height. The fret itself did start to wear rather quickly though. I understand they have a stainless steel option now, that would be better.
