Forum Tweaks and Enhancements

If you've noticed my Test Post you will know that I have been fiddling a bit with the site.
Here are the new changes implemented:

Sticky Navigation Bar

• As you scroll down the page the menu will now stay visible so you do not have to scroll to the top of the page to Logout, go Home, etc.
  
• On the far right is a grey "hamburger" toggle button which will allow you to retract the bar if you wish to retract it from the display
  

Locked Topic Banner

• When an Admin or Mod locks a topic, a red banner now appears at the start of the topic advising readers that it is locked.
  

Previously you had to read to the end or notice a small icon change in order to find that out. This should avoid some frustration to those who may have wanted to comment after having read the entire thread. (You can see this on my Test Post )


A few other tweaks were tested and abandoned as either not useful or just did not work.

One more little tweak...

Numbered Posts
Posts in a thread are now numbered. This will make it easier to reference a particular piece of information more precisely.

You'll find the number of the post in the top left corner of the poster's Avatar. For example, this post is #4.

Useful enhancement. 

It must be really cold in St Catharine at the moment, is it, mate, and you can't go outside?!?

Raining and cool the past few days actually. This after an unbelievably hot and humid summer. Like someone put a bucket of water on the fireplace.

So, yeah, huddled in the "office" once again trying to coax my ailing desktop computer back to life *sigh* Always sumthin'. Back on the laptop today.

So where are all the inmates anyway?
