questions about the 'script' Westone logo

I have some questions about the usage of the Westone brand's 'script' style logo (the one proceeding the W bird thing and a different font):

- Was it only used for about a year? 
  
- what  the dates it was used between?   

- What's the earliest month/year or serial number known to be used a guitar with the replacement logo? 

- was it the original brand logo?

- are Westone instruments with the 'script' logo much rarer and/or more desirable?

Yep, ta, had already seen there.   My questions were prompted by wanting to know something more precise, though.
