this forum excels because there is much respectful and helpful conversation here. 

it is provided free for one and all. it is a opportunity to share and learn. something we should be grateful for.

i think everyone welcomes enthusiastic participation if it furthers the conversation and expands the knowledge base that is built up from the contributions of the members here.

this is not a place for personal insults, or items that do not facilitate the relevant conversation.

i think the moderators work with a light hand, and do a good job to remind the participants to keep things on topic
