Here's a very nice looking "pointy" in a sparkle burgundy finish with creme pups. Seller says 1987 but no serial# is seen. Could be Mats.

the guitar for sale is probably Matsumoku. 
i believe the correct model would be XA1430 as seen here 
the catalog of the 1430 shows a neckplate
you can see in the third picture a neckplate and a squared heel on the body. there is probably a serial number on that.

the 6112 adopted a tapered heel and eliminated the neckplate. (they also used machine screws with metal inserts in the neck)
both pictures of the 6112 on the website show a tapered heel. 
also, the 6112 in the catalog has a 24 fret neck, the one for sale is a 22 fret

has a changed nut, is missing string locks and truss rod cover
great sounding pickups and a nice neck on these guitars!

Yep.... Corsair XA1430. Needs a little TLC but nothing major from this remove!!
Those necks are just sick.... however, the silly mini switches are a proper PITA.... IMO!!Laughing
