Anything to tell a newbie?

I've recently come into possession of a Westone Paduak 1. When I say me, I mean it's at home while I'm living away at university. I'd like to think I know a bit about guitars but this was something I'd never heard of. I've read the catalogue description but what I'm hoping for is a more personal description from someone who has owned and played one. I'm afraid I can't give any more information as I've yet to see anything beyond a couple of photos. Thanks in advance.

The Paduak is a niche sort of Westone IMHO. It has both its supporters and detractors here.
