Snakeskin Spectrum on ebay

These are awesome guitars and the finish is real python skin. I had the 5 string Bass and one of these exact guitars for awhile and loved it. Has the active boost so it really screams and a super fast neck as well. This one went to a good home. he now has 6 of these I believe.,

Did they come in leather or cowhide? Did they come in diamond plate...

I'm all for plain wood, painted or not, which isn't to say they might be decent guitars.
While eating animals causes by far bigger problems for the environment, the climate, the planet and our survival, to me this use of animal skin for decoration purposes is quite appalling and totally unnecessary.  
I agree on the beauty of the beast though so now I'm adding to my accessories some real beetle skin jewelry.
