Dimension wiring (yes, THAT again)

Ok so I'm replacing a dirty fingers pup with a 5 conductor pup, the new pickup came with the usual red/white soldered together and the black/bare soldered together, plus a green.
green is hot, (checked this on the multimeter) black is earth.
the Dynasty wiring diagram tells me the red should go to the top right lug of the volume-pp switch, the black to top right of the T2 switch and green to the top left of  T2 switch, do these wiresmatch my new pickup?

What pup is it?

yeah i think im there...but where should the pup's ground go?

black and shield to earth/common.   Anywhere to earth. Top of a pot.

it's just a warman destroyer, had it for a while, unused, and it (looks) matches the others perfectly

ok, it's just that the dynasty diagram has no pointers for that earth connection.

so on the diagram there, the bridge white goes to T2 top right switch lug, which wire is that on my pup?


Do I split my black/bare and put the bare to ground(pot case) and black to T2 top right?

the earths are all the black wires in the diagram. Side of a pot etc.

red/white to volume coil tap.

Just swop the other 2 around 'till you get it.

ok, so red is start and black is end?

notice the 2 blacks join to the red.
same as your red/white, just joined at the other end....

I would, they're as cheap as they come over here...obviously you can get the same cheaper in bulk from china but...shop local, embrace the middleman
