Where can I find replacement Switchmaster knobs?

Are you restoring a Westone model that originally had Switchmaster knobs?
Can't find 'em anywhere?

They have long been out of production and until now the only way to get replacements has been to "beg" or find a Westie beater that's beyond repair and strip it for parts.  

Happily though, forum member TVill25 has perfected a method of reproducing these and has made them available at reasonable cost.
