Space pick Empty Space pick

Post by jim Thu Feb 07, 2013 1:50 pm

This guitar pick auctioned learned me something about their unique properties like Widmanstätten patterns from Meteors found in Namibia. Only persons I can Imagine interested in buying such a gimmick are either heavy metal guitarists or Brian May or Neil deGrasse Tyson. So ridiculous I had a good laugh but I also learned something! It would probably serve best as a toothpick for Damian Hirst´s Diamond skull What a Face

I tried one of those pick cutters, it just left a rough sharp edge, not my thing at all.
I use these a lot : http://www.davapick.com/picks/grip_tip

Space pick Empty Accessorising and the art of pickology

Post by jim Sat Apr 06, 2013 1:37 pm

A serious pick collector's blog. Some nice artefacts, links & articles and of course a plethora of pics from plectrums or picks! pig It was a fun read and not just a waste of time I learned a thing or two too. Most of all laughed a lot! http://www.tinaspicks.com/index.html
