Westone Knobs
This is for the person who paid $20 for a single reverse taper switchmaster knob on Feebay. I sell them for much less. About $5-6ea. I take a little off if you order a few since I feel bad for charging so much. The only difference is that I do not but the white dot on them. Other than that they are identical. Many have purchased from me and are very satisfied. (USA,UK,France) Just let me know.

Hi, that's very interesting and good to know - I'm sniffing round a geetar at the mo' that needs a couple of knobs replacing, so if I get anywhere with it, I'll know who to call - what would the shipping be for a couple to the UK?
Oh, and do you have any pics, by the way?
Cheers

Hey TVill, are you up for a listing on our web site's Shop section yet? And, what happened to your experimenting with coloured knobs, anything come of it?
PM me with the details and I'll "make it so".

These knobs by TVill25 are fantastic! Perfect casts - look identical to the real thing with the exception of the little dot.

Re: Westone Knobs
Ok this is for those people who really want one of a kind guitar knobs. I need to know what colors are most desirable. I have heard people express interest in blue and red. These will not be cheap since the demand will be much less. I am getting an order together for the pigments needed to do it. There are some fluorescent ones that are available also. You have until Monday then the order goes in.

Re: Westone Knobs
I just hope people show the money before Tvill makes those colored knobs! We don't want to see Tvill lose out here everyone. How many would actually buy colored knobs? Hopefully you'll all let him know BEFORE he takes the dive. Looking out for the man is all. Nobody on here would screw him, just saying to let him know beforehand.
Personally I think colored knobs would look odd, a novelty at best!

Re: Westone Knobs
I second Chad's opinion on this. Colors may not be popular, as most would try to keep the aesthetics and keep in line with the originals. The dot can easily be made/added to the knobs supplied by TVill25.
Personal preference, black.

Ok looks like I can buy a trial kit for coloring the knobs. The price will be a few dollars more each. Is that ok.

Re: Westone Knobs
These are so much harder to work with than the all black. My first set of blues turned out basically black. The swirls blue ones happened because of the issues with mixing it. Then I made them lighter blue but they look crystal.
Made some red ones. Well red crystal ones.
I guess I'll keep trying. If and when I figure this out. They will be up for sale. I have red, blue, white, yellow, brown, green, purple. So if you want a specific color ask. I will sell these by a set of three.
Pm me.

My wife had a great idea to tint them white then tint them a different color. We'll see if that works tomorrow.

Genius wife
Well she is quite crafty. I tinted the thinner liquid white then tinted it red.
I can try a little less white and more red to get some deeper colors. Now I can make crystal colors and darker ones.
Let me know.

Love your work.
If Corsair gets a set I'll grab the red ones at the same time.
He can pay for the lot and I'll just fix him up for them.

Thank you for the compliment. The ones that have sold were my trial and errors. I guess the beauty lies in the fact the tint and color or swirl will be one of a kind.

Glad to see they made it. Just a little over week, way down under . I'm glad you like them since the crystal color shows everything. I didn't think they could be worse than black but they are.

How would you find yer knob in low light? (That is exactly what she said )
But why stop here Johnny, you now need red switch tips and mounting rings.

Westone knobs
Hi gang...I'm not even sure if I'm on the correct channel (or page). I need some Westone knobs, and I JUST noticed one of our Forum members is able to cast them (from last month). Looks like he is doing a great job too. I need a set of all three...3 black knobs...3 blue knobs...and 3 red knobs. How much $...who do I contact...and how do I order. Please forgive, if this message is in the wrong category. My computer skills are below grade because I still spend too much time on the fretboard. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks...rebuild.

TVill25,
What colors do you have available?
I am restoring a dynasty and I painted it with color shift from blue to purple with a white stripe.
I was thinking maybe white, blue or purple...
Thank you,
Rick
