Funny how this one worked out Empty Funny how this one worked out

Post by hobster Sat Sep 01, 2012 11:50 am

A month ago or so i posted a MIK Westie that was a couple of hours away and Steve (Iceman) inquired about getting it. Well, it didn't work out needless to say:( , then earlier this week i get an email from the owner saying she's moving and wants to get rid of it. I figured i'd suprise the Iceman, buy it and send it his way. I paid $145 thru paypal for the $100 guitar for shipping..etc. still a good deal. Then i get an email wanting another $90 for shipping Evil or Very Mad and it's only 100 miles away. So i'm kinda angry and stressed i won't get the money back until this morning when i got an email saying she will refund my $. Then i find out where she is moving to - Minneapolis! What a trip huh Ice, she's coming your way and it looks like a mint guitar she has. I'll hook you 2 up if you are still interested, maybe it will work out after all.Very Happy

I am the counter puncher who is defending the log at all costs. Damian is the flash acrobatic one who is destined to fail.

Absolutely - It is a vintage, Teisco, Fujigen, Matsumoku, Rebadged Ibanez, Greco, "Lawsuit" log and I am only defending it cause my wife wants me to sell it as I have too many logs.

It cost me £500 but to you I'll take £1000 and it will save us fighting over it.

Postage is a very reasonable £25

Nah, ones the log, the other the grass. The kits are just to remind you of times past and things that might have been.

Great photo.
