Looks like an interesting line! I'll have to investigate further.
Cheers Damian.

These have been around a while but vastly improved, especially with the addition of the Jaguar tremolo. I bought a similar model from a UK company called 'Wesley' and some the quality was reasonably good; alder body, properly routed (not a swimming pool route), decent pickups. But the neck was'nt great, i ended up fitting a MIK Squier Strat neck on it.

Looking at the price though, i think since the new Squier Offset models came out they have some tough competition.

I'd really like to try one of these but none in the UK yet, to my knowledge..

AXL Marquee

The AXL Badwater guitars got top reviews, great value for money.

I've tried out one of Axl's semi-hollows. Not sure how I felt about the "distressed" finish, but the color was nice and it sounded pretty! Nothing like the Electra Maple Pro, but good tone for the money.

Yes, those AXL's look fine.
Prefer The Hodson styling. Kind of looks a bit classier.

Both get good reveiws.

I know what you mean, i've always owned Jaguars, Jazzmasters, etc. so i prefer the more traditional offset look. The AXL looks like it has a bit of Non-Reverse Firebird thrown in there too.

A bit out-of-phase and 'thin' like on a Fender Mustang.
