Sent and received several emails from Ryan ( the seller ) and he seems very sincere about this listing. He has need to sell but I sense he wishes he didn't. He was willing to drive 2 hours or so to meet my brother in law to save me shipping on it but my b.i.l. was already packing to return from vacation and could not swing it.

Ryan described the guitar as whole and working well but the brass has tarnished and needs a bit of TLC in that respect.

This appears to me to be a legit deal and for all he is offering the price seems pretty reasonable. The dealbreaker for me was only the shipping.

I figured I could play mine a little more if I got my wife her own since she really likes mine a lot.
