Bendmaster - bendmaster replacement? Empty bendmaster replacement?

This ebay ad show a replacement bridge that looks similar to a BMD

I'm not familiar with it - anyone have any idea what it is and if it is better/worse then the BMD?

It looks to have some tect on the top side - I sent a message to the seller asking what it says. If helpful I'll post it
