looks very nice but had headstock snapped off and repaired.     Item number: 290250749406.       would love one of these but dont know if I could live with the repair ????

It looks to be a pretty neat repair job but you could still ask for more photographs. Better still, he mentions the name of the Luthier who did the repair, you could always check him out. If he's reputable, I'd say go for it!

I've contacted the seller. The starting price is $600 and I doubt
anyone will even bid on it at that price. A few weeks ago, an X-350MA
went for a little over $300. It was more original than this one and had
the original case and did not have a repaired neck, but cosmetically it
was a little rough.

Did you see the white Spectrum FX with all the holes in it? 250277770823

Wow - what the hell happened there, d'ya reckon? The attack of the Black and Decker, perhaps?! Still and all, for an FX, it might go cheaply...

Thanks for the link mate, but I'm afraid that I'm going to have to pass on this one and a few others for a while!
