Aria semi acoustic!

I need a bit of help here, I've just spotted this locally and I think Arias are Matsumoku guitars?
Could someone please give me a nice heap of infomation regarding the manufacture and this guitar in particular?
And most importantly, how much do these generally go for? (Its a Pro II TA-60 btw)

Condition is good for age hardly been played. Belongs to my son
who now plays bass. It must be a limited edition, if
you go to the Aria Pro webb site under TA60.
The ivory model is not displayed. Fantastic Sound
with Humbuckers. Also included is the original Hard
case.
