I just grabbed a Thunder IIA .... but to take this step on the Westone ladder unfortunately my Thunder 1 must be sacrificed to cover some cost

Just spotted it, thought I'd put up a link... and here it was already!

You're not kidding when you say it's been cleaned. Has there been a run on Brasso in Bradford? And the thieving brass knob monkeys haven't robbed it either.

Right chaps, they don't get any better than this. Dig out yer GAS tokens and don't be shy...

Apologies to anyone who was watching and waiting to bid on the Thunder 1

I had a change of heart and decided to keep the guitar

The Thunder IIA I bought from ebay was just awful and not as described so I got a refund.

although the seller said it was "in perfect condition" it was far from perfect . dinks, chips, scratches damaged bridge screws and the frets were just awful.....

Ok for a restroration project or a "relic" lover but not for me, it may pop up on ebay again very soon.

One thing I've learned from this experience is never to mix Beer, Ebay and Westone guitars ever again

my last 4 Westones had been in great condition with just limited ebay descriptions, with the Thunder IIA I fell flat on my big arse and my luck finally ran out, never again!

Although the guitar did sound excellent very hot indeed!

If I had paid less for it I could have lived with all the dinks & scratches but the frets.. YUK!!! it had to go back

Shame
