Are there very many ALL RED THUNDER 1 6 STRINGS?
I have never ran into another Guitarist who has a WESTONE, most people have only heard of their 4 string. So you can imagine I am very happy to come accross this forum & find out some history & see that I am not alone.
Will be in touch..... I am going to check out my Barrons (thunder 1) sisters & brothers.
cheers...

Or if you have any ideas munkieNL or any other WESTONE CRAZED NUTTERS! & may be able to help & guide me to get some pics up via this toolbar, that would be great!
Many thanks, your Thunder Down Under...(gotta luv it)

These are the pics of my THUNDER 1, thanks to corsair I can finally upload.(cheers mate!) Also you can see Tremelo missing ( my fault, took off long time ago because I always cheated with it, now I can not find it).
* Pick up switch has been snaped off aswell . (still works fine).
* A few marks on the top of headstock, not the worst I have seen but they are there all the same.
"plays like a dream......"
Not the best pics, but you get the idea
Cheers

Re: Are there very many ALL RED THUNDER 1 6 STRINGS?
I Gig a little, once or twice a month, pub rock stuff - ANGELS, SCREAMING JETS, HENDRIX, ect...
I am really trying to find a SPECTRUM & A PANTERA, but they are just so hard to find in O.Z.
When I look on U.K ebay or U.S ebay there seem to be a hell of a lot for sale @ pretty good prices, however when you work
out how much the shipping is & weather it will turn up in good condition it becomes quite an expensive guitar.
I will be patient & keep using my hack for down tuning stuff & my thunder for 440 but would be nice to shred a PANTERA
or SPECTRUM.
If I do find them, I will post the pics for sure & get you boys to browse your magic eyes over them for me to see if I may miss anything.
cheers,
Richie..

Good stuff Richie; yeah, Panteras and Spectrums are few and far between in OZ but keep looking bro and you'll find one sooner or later!! Keep an eye on NZ's Trade me too; there's a nice looking, relatively complete Spectrum SX on there atm that I would have killed for a few months ago!!

Compared to the Australian prices that I've been shown and the shipping costs my best friend in Brisbane has been quoted, I would be surprised if any Westones became expensive... your cheap guitars are through the roof, not to mention the halfway decent ones! A Westone shipped from the US would almost certainly mop the floor with anything else in that price range.
