Hey there, gang...
...does anyone remember a member here called Kenn Gordon? I vaguely do; didn't he set himself up as some sort of expert on Matsumoku??
Anyway, he has quite the presence on FB, in that capacity... because he's trying to flick on guitars which, while very nice, are way over-priced.
One he has for sale caught my eye because he claims Matsumoku made the necks for these Ekos out of Italy in the late 70s, and I can find no record of that anywhere. He's either a feather merchant or knows stuff we collectively don't...

Yes, Virginia, there is a San.. uh, Kenn Gordon registered here.
He wasn't terribly involved, posting for only 2 months in 2012, for a total of 8 posts.
If you check out his posts including this LOCKED THREAD I think it says a lot about the man. His sole purpose in joining was to sell guitars.

Christ... 6 years ago, and the pillock hasn't changed his style one bit! Still full of crap and bluster with no way to verify anything he's claiming...
Everyone called him out - not me, of course; I am the voice of reason! - and David Blair certainly chewed him a new one.. and there was a fair amount of ridicule directed at him; the man is, as I suggested, a feather-merchant!

Stick up a link to these Mats/Eko necks.
The guy that bought the whole Eko stock(complete factory) has an outlet in London and Italy. Have met him numerous times and will again.
