# of Dynasty`s made from 84-86 ???

Anyone know how many Dynastys were made in those years mine is an 84 and can not find a serial # on it

Yours looks like a prototype, therefore no serial number.
The bridge looks very similar to a Aria ACT 3 bridge. Whats stamped on yours?
Does the volume control pull/push?

Never seen a single p/up variant before.

No idea how many Dynastys where made.

Looks like the other pups are filled in. By the looks of what is under the strings. I could be wrong. Still cool either way.

this was modified from the original I got rid of the two pickups and left the one and kept the push pull switch and nothing was stamped on it I bought it in 84 it was the first one sold on the west coast San Diego to be exact the president/ceo even came out and delivered it to me personally.

oh and the bridge was changed also I put a Kahler tremelo on it

7-digit serials are the most common:

The first digit = the year it was made

For example: a serial number beginning with 2 indicates a guitar made in 1982
It is possible that the second and third digits give the month.

so I read that already and im guessing its was made in nov 85 by the # I have 5110407 so still doesnt answer how many were made??? and im guessing as they say its "possible" LOL

You bought it in '84 and you just found a serial no.

to be honest I was like 17 back then and didnt give a hoot for serial #s since it had been repainted I didnt know there was one on it till my guy stripped it down last week

Too bad they didn't make these in white - the shape looks great in that color (or non color Hopefully your guy will do a better job at filling in the neck pickup cavity if you're not returning this to stock.
