1983 Thunder III (UK)
I'm really starting to dig this particular model! - WESTONE THUNDER III 1983 GUITAR, MATSUMOKU.
Looks like it's in really good condition. This one is finished in Onyx - again! (never see many it the Pearl White?), and the seller says it has a few marks on it and the tuners have been replaced at some point. Not sure if the string retaining bar is original, it's not present in the '83 catalogue?
And do my eye's deceive me or does it still have all of it's original knobs, praise the lord for sparing it's brass!
£155 - Starting Bid.
DAN.

Yep; I can recommend the s/h/s set-up too!! I lusted after one of these for ages until I got my Electra Phoenix X195; I think the Westone is a higher than average quality, too!

I love the body design and colour of this guitar; and it's great she still has her original parts.
But...the S/H/S pup arrangement looks kinda "cluttered" to me, almost jammed into the available space, ya know? Like it's trying too hard to look Strat-ified or sumpthin'. I have enough trouble trying to strum my Spectrum GT H/S/H without hitting the single coil pup in the middle. I can only see myself beating the hell outa that poor hum-bucker on this one!
