Poorly Aria
Hi all
Iv'e been asked about restoring this molested guitar by a colleague at work.



I believe this to be one of uncle matts and from the serial no. it looks like a 1980 model, Anyone know any more? what was the original config pups wise?

Ooooh; most probably 3 x s/cs would have been the go, but there's not a hell of a lot known about 'em...

thanks for that, iv'e already checked them but no match,
under the covers (from what i can tell with out removing them) it looks like some chisel work has gone on but only minor to squeeze the HB in. though with a good scratchplate no one will ever know
my major worries are a couple of paint cracks around the neck joint, the screws hold the trem on may snap if i lean on them too hard and the 'plates' are held on with oversize screws in odd places so filling and touch up required.
