Another '85 Spectrum DX Empty Another '85 Spectrum DX

Found an original if slightly dented Spectrum DX in black HERE.

The proper knobs are still there (yippee Another '85 Spectrum DX Icon_cheers ), but the trem arm has gone (boo! Another '85 Spectrum DX Icon_sad ) and the locking nut clamps are missing (for f**ks sake!!! Another '85 Spectrum DX Icon_mad )

It looks like it's dropped off it's strap at some point, but apart from that it looks clean.

99p starting bid

Mine stays in tune well enough without the locking nut clamps.

Bit worried about the dents on the lower body; reckon Dan's right, dodgy strap syndrome maybe

Yep, David has the FT locks and trem arms, as well so go hard.... Really, yours stays in tune even after extended and brutal whammy wanking without the locks?! Another '85 Spectrum DX Icon_eek My Genesis didn't have them when I got it and I found that without them I could use the wang bar like a strats - gentle wobbles only - and things would stay in tune OK but any divebombs and the thing threw up its hands and horror, and the tuning got up and left the room!! Another '85 Spectrum DX Icon_biggrin Whacked some of the first of David's locks on and "Whacko!" - instant tuning credibility!! Another '85 Spectrum DX Icon_twisted

This one went for the bargain price of £72

A good guitar for sensible money, for once!
