Can't tell for sure but this appears to be a GT model and it's in very good condition.

Seller doesn't mention the OHSC but it is shown in the pictures so I assume it's included along with a Bloc 150B amplifier.

All in all a very nice package

Yep, that's a GT. A pretty good deal with the amp included. The case doesn't look like a Westone one.
