That is exactly what I would like to avoid... but thank you for the advice, if I can't find an answer with the community I will do it
I would also like to understand how it works, it's always better
Actually the 61's was wired as this:
1 to the ground, soldered to the bridge's base and the ground wire
2 and 4 soldered together
3 hot output
the N°1 is positive, the N°2 negative, the N°3 negative and the N°4 positive

I think I've found by testing the polarity of the MMk 75 without disassembly
COIL whitout screw black wire positive, red wire negative
COIL with screw orange wire positive, brown wire negative
So
N°1 + to black wire
N°2 - to red wire
N°3 - to brown wire
N°4 + to orange wire
COIL whitout screw black wire positive, red wire negative
COIL with screw orange wire positive, brown wire negative
So
N°1 + to black wire
N°2 - to red wire
N°3 - to brown wire
N°4 + to orange wire
