I think you'll have to make one, unless a miracle happens and someone here has a spare. clown

There's nothing magical about it, I have made a few control cavity covers from old VCR cases or something similar.

Your local "dollar store" is your friend here. There's bound to be something you can buy cheaply and cut up to suit. Smile
