Dimension IV string lock parts

Hello
A good friend of mine just acquired a black 85 Dimension IV.
He is missing the triangular lock pad for the B and E stings as well as the bolt.
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Yep. I have the required bits right here, and for a hugely exorbitant sum of money will post them to him!!

I just need a postal address to send them to, and the number of pieces required... The bolt he can get anywhere; it's a standard metric fine 4mm hex head. I "think' the length is 11mm...

Not as many as you, I don't think; about 30 or 40 of each, give or take but no bolts!
They were some that David found somewhere and thought that they should be made available to those who need them so I thought rather than you have to do it all, I'd pitch in and lend a hand!!
Mind you, mine are powder coated black, so flash as a rat with a gold tooth!
