One of America's most iconic guitar makers has suffered a major blow due the Camp fire in northern California. His home was in Paradise, CA and more than 90% of the homes there are destroyed.

Those fire storms are beyond hellish. My heart goes out to everyone dealing with them.

It wasn't long ago that Ft. McMurray, Alberta Canada suffered a similar devastation albeit on a smaller scale.

The loss of that guitar making history is indeed a loss to all who love the instrument.

Wow!! At least Wayne and his family are safe! I know the loss of the guitars and other memoribilia is tragic, but in the end, that is only stuff...
