I dropped him a message stating that it was not as he stated. He replied saying that he had been misinformed by a local music shop (which is no longer trading) and it was they who gave him the bum info.
Ah, you live and learn. Hopefully he will drop the price.

yep, all seems quite reasonable now so I think the seller may be the genuine article! It's a lovely guitar, well, I like it!

!!!! I think everyone in the UK wraps their guitars in 6 inches of cotton fibre every evening before beddy. On the prairies (where I am), you're lucky if the sods haven't been paddling their canoes up and down the Berens river with 'em between gigs at the Wanipigow hotel.

Anyway, that thing looks brilliant.

Hey, it's a Spectrum so I automatically love it!
But I can't wrap my head around metallic paint jobs on guitars!
Call me old school, but flakey, sparkly finishes belong on cars from the 50's and 60's.
And no, I didn't dig Glam Rock either.
