Restorations & Modifications
Quick update on the restos & mods section on the web site.
I am making haste slowly, is about the best way to describe it. There is always a lot of prep work in anything to do with websites and eLearning. In this case, screen scraping, graphics preparation, writing, and new page creation and linking.
I'm happy to report that the most of the tedious work is done and the skeleton code is now in place. Over the next while I shall be filing in the empty pages with pictures and some edited content, with links back to the original posts in the Forum for the full discussion surrounding the projects.
Here's what we have so far: Restorations & Modifications
Thanks to Corsair, westbone, and Sgt. Vimes. Let's have a few more!

First round done!
The first round of submissions are complete and are now available on the website.
Let's keep 'em coming. Mike? Arthur? Graham? Anyone? Got anything you'd like to see up in lights?
I'll throw my T1-A resto up there soon, but I think we'd like to see something besides Thunders eh?

Re: Restorations & Modifications
Yeah, Sarcaster's 12 string rebuilds are epic! I don't know if I can distill those long threads to a meaningful tribute on the website but they certainly deserve the effort!
The Pantera's a bit more manageable though, and beautiful. And what is it about Thunders that makes them so ripe for redoing?
Thanks for the suggestions John. That's why we pay you the big bucks.

Re: Restorations & Modifications
True enough... is just taking some of the pic links and using them an option??
Yeah... I like to actually earn those big bucks occasionally.... you know, be at the coal face with the troops, not in my ivory tower..

Re: Restorations & Modifications
Sad news, for us...
Looks like Pat has removed the pix of his 12 string Pantera project so I cannot document this amazing project. The links are still there buried in the code, but it appears he has gone to the trouble of replacing everything with a single white pixel!
The blue trans Pantera X350MA rebuild is complete and I've captured that info, but his 12 string Spectrum project is still not complete so it also cannot be used.
Obviously one annoyed former member.
