1982 Thunder Bass Prototype

I have put up on Reverb my 1982 Prototype Thunder bass. it's cool, but I don't play it enough to warrant keeping it, and I am trying to subsidize my purchase of an SG. 

I'm asking $450 on Reverb, I'm almost certain that's too much--but I'll consider any offer, and would definitely give a much better deal to somebody on this forum than I would a stranger from Reverb. If you think I'm egregiously out of line with that price, well, let me know. I'm trying to guess, mostly.

Anyway, this is a sweet-sounding and great playing bass, and it looks cool, and it's definitely unique, but I don't think I need to keep it.

What's the scale length, by the way? It looks very much like it could be a prototype Thunder II (version 3) to me.

Yep, mine is just like that Black one. That's the only other one like it I've seen anywhere online. 

It appears to be a 32" scale

Heel-less neck; 2 x 'JB' (prob. 'Super Boomer I') pickups; short 32" scale; produced in 1982 just before the main production run - has to be a Thunder II (version 3) prototype design, IMHO

I'd be fairly confident saying that the colour of that second one that Westbone linked to is actually 'Onyx', which is one of the two production colours for the Thunder II (v.3).
