Found This Westone "lawsuit" Les Paul Copy

I was wondering what you all think of it? I want to buy it, however I don't know if it's worth the $850. It seems to the be an 'unidentified model 9' except without the plate on the back of the neck.
Your thoughts? Is it worth it? Is it a legit Westone?

It is a Westone u/model no 9.

It's also a cave top! Not worth anywhere near that amount.

Just because it says Westone doesn't automatically mean it's a good 'un.

To answer your question, it is almost for sure a "legit" Westone and likely a nice playing guitar, but as Westbone says, not worth any where near the asking price. The quality is likely not as good as later made models in the 80's under the Aria Pro II label.

Tired of hearing it quoted as if it were fact.

When people say "Lawsuit", all I hear is "it's a guitar from the mid-late 1970's".

There is nothing else special about them really, except a few have a headstock shaped a bit like a Gibson headstock...
