US$550 for a Dynasty... would seem pricey, but maybe values are on the up??? It does look good and has it's case, but ...

Jeff Goldblum? I don't get it.....

John, Jeff Goldblum is sort of a cult celebrity over here in the States.  People joke about him being everywhere and being larger than life.  

And yep, $550 is too high.

Um, and with a really annoying acting style.
To whit:

• Zero Charisma / Wooden / Overacts
  
• ever-awkward
  
• too-theatrical line readings
  
• overall smugness
  
• he's pretty much unwatchable

Is that too high for a Dynasty? I paid a good chunk for my Dynasty that's somehow in immaculate condition... Not that I care now, obviously... whats done is done, but around 3 months ago, I saw a red Westone Dynasty with a Modded Floyd Rose go on a bit of a bidding war, if memory serves the final bid was over 750. I think it was in pretty tasty condition?

If they're going up in value then YAY!  Because I have two.    I'd probably keep my Gotoh equipped '85, though I may sell my '84 mint Dynasty.

Without 'the bloody stripes', paintjob? They never came in that colour...? knob & trem bar missing and no pics of the  'mentioned' cracked neck! Neck pocket? Looks are deceiving... Very gentle sound due to UBC's I guess. Not really cheap either but what is these days... Anyway, always fun to try to track what surfaces in Japan once in a while. I stole a pic. 

Looks great that way.  More modern at least.

Actually I think the D-IV looks nicer all white without the red 'bolt'. Not sure if the Dynasty would look as sharp in all white. Then again I could be biased
